The UK Government has published guidance for family members of British nationals in Ukraine, and Ukrainian nationals in Ukraine and the UK:
- The guidance can be found on the Government's website here.
- Ukrainian applicants can find details for the UK family migration visas hotline here. Family migration visas hotline: Telephone: +44 300 3032785 – select option 1 (0300 3032785 if you’re in the UK – select option 1). Lines are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This is a free phone number, but network charges may still apply.
- From 4th March 2022, the Ukraine Family Scheme is open to parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren or siblings of British nationals and people settled in the UK. These extended family members can now apply to the scheme here. For assistance, call the free 24/7 helpline: +44 808 164 8810
- The ‘Ukraine Advice Project UK’ is providing free legal advice to Ukrainian applicants, to find out more click here.
