Successful integration outcomes rely on support being provided as early as possible. A core piece of IOM’s integration work therefore leverages our global presence to develop programmes and strategies spanning the integration continuum, with projects focusing on pre-departure assistance, post-arrival support, and the ability to more effectively link the two.
